Free and Low Cost Wellbeing Resources
Dervesh believes in wellbeing for all and supporting local communities and neighborhoods. These programs are designed and offered by Dervesh so everyone could benefit.
As part of Dervesh Wellbeing mission to provide effective wellness solutions to everyone, a FREE 4 hour online workshop was presented including spiritual messages of the 7 major chakras and two group Reiki healing experiences. Because we believe we only win, when we all win.
Thanks to Vancouver Foundation and Gordon Neighborhood House for their generous grant, Reiki Level 1 training was provided free of cost to Westend community members to help deal with stress and the current ongoing challenging situation. WELCOMING RENOWNED MACROBIOTICS EXPERT FROM JAPAN MINAKA NAGAI
Join us for a 4-day event of lectures and a workshop on Macrobiotics by Minaka Nagai, who has been a macrobiotic practitioner in Japan and overseas for 20 years, certified Kushi Macrobiotic Japan Instructor, certified Kushi Macrobiotic International Instructor, and completed Master course of Matsumoto Juku, Hideo Omori’s medical course, Kazue Omori’s cooking instructor course.

Macrobiotics is the way of living along with nature. The closer our eating habits and way of living are to nature, the more balanced our body and mind will become. It can also be helpful to improve and make our lives go the way we want. We hope sharing Minaka’s macrobiotic life experiences will be useful in building a healthier life for you.
