There are many stressors in the world today, including toxins, chemicals, and ultra-processed food. As a result of our fast-paced modern lifestyle, we have lost interest in cooking. It has been shown that chronic diseases have been on the rise in recent years, affecting both adults and children.

It is important to understand that no government, doctor, or pill can fix our disruptions in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. I believe you need to take control of your wellness and health, which is why I am here to help you by guiding your wellness and health through consensual customized dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

It is flexible for me to adapt my cooking styles to fit your specific cuisine, whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian, or flexitarian. My cooking styles include Mediterranean, Macrobiotic, and Plant-Based. You will learn the foundations of healthy eating habits from ancestral wisdom combined with elements of nutrition.

As a part of my evolution, I am currently taking the training: “Shamanic Chinese Medicine and Medical Qi Gong Practitioner” which is one of the most ancient healing practices on the Earth. It is a powerful process of growth and transformation that begins with personal Qi development and emotional clearing by developing energy skills and awareness, a compassionate heart, and their latent paranormal abilities. I will continue my studies in Macrobiotics.

With love and enthusiasm as my driving force, I'm eager to share the tools I've learned thought my wellness and health path. I firmly believe that our well -being is deeply connected to what and how we eat, cook, grow, chew, digest, and absorb. Your eating habits reflect your character and approach to life.
